HYSO BARRIÈRE
The HYSO BARRIÈRE is a spray disinfection system designed to complement a wash station and strengthen biosafety at the entrance to or exit from a site. As the vehicle passes through, it triggers the spraying of a disinfectant solution to treat exposed areas and limit the introduction or spread of contaminating agents.
Available in a fixed or mobile version, it fits the constraints and organization of each site. Its design enables spraying under the vehicle and along its sides, thanks to a set of spray bars supplied by a spray skid.
The HYSO BARRIÈRE combines a vehicle detection system, spray bars, and a unit dedicated to disinfectant storage, pumping, and dosing. The system automates treatment as vehicles pass through and ensures controlled application of the disinfectant solution.
Installed as a complement to the wash station, it separates the cleaning and disinfection steps: washing removes dirt from the vehicle, while the HYSO BARRIÈRE then applies the disinfectant. This combination helps implement a complete biosafety protocol tailored to the site’s vehicle flows.

Disinfection barrier available for sale upon request for a quote, with different options:
- License plate reading by camera and traceability of passage faults to the internal network.
- Management of passage faults while respecting truck stop times per axle.
- Treatment of settling water by disinfectant injection, by water top-up, or by programming.

Our approach
In 2022, we supported the agri-food sector, which was hit hard by avian flu in the Pays de la Loire and Brittany regions.
In collaboration with the company SANDERS, we developed a prototype biosafety station aimed at cleaning and then disinfecting transport vehicles, identified as major vectors for spreading the virus.
The implementation and use of this prototype, directly at the factory and subjected to real field conditions, allowed us to benefit from solid feedback and improve the design to adapt to the real needs of users.
